Chapter 11

Diego and Dr. Wong sat on brightly embroidered meditation mats on the banks of the Rhone River in Switzerland. The Rhone River is the effluent from the Rhone Glacier in Valais, and it feeds the Rhone valley wineries as it travels to the Mediterranean. There was a cool updraft that set the prayer flags flapping on the doorframe at the house behind them.

Diego and Dr. Wong had been meeting to discuss the Earth Council’s progress in trying to enlighten the world’s population about the dire direction the earth would be taking unless they all woke up and helped take care of the Mother Earth. It being such a sad and heavy meeting, they were taking a break in the cool air along the riverbank.

Dr. Wong reported that Marley and Josh were remembering more about their true natures. He told Diego that she was transported to a past lifetime where she was reminded of the power of spider energy, the power of light, and the way of the shaman. He related the past lives they experienced together in Egypt to show them how they worked together efficiently and how they had the courage to fight the evil practices of a false religion. Through these past life experiences, they had realized that they could sacrifice their lives to protect vulnerable beings and still continue to live in the future.

Diego nodded and asked, “Why did you decide on those two lifetimes, with so many to choose from?”

Dr. Wong responded with a shrug. “We don’t know what she’s to do yet, but I’m leaning toward the power of light as a healing tool. I am attempting to bring them to lifetimes that will let them see the similarities to their current lives. What do you think?”

“I think that makes sense. I understand she’s using light now in her medical practice. She’s currently working with a white light that is shone up the patient’s nose to purify the patient’s blood. She feels this may be the beginning of a larger body of work that uses light as a healing tool.”

“By experiencing the Egyptian past lifetime, Josh and Marley realized how much tenacity and inner courage they both possess. Their clinging to the moral high ground showed them that it is the only way to live. Also, they were reminded that all life is sacred, especially the vulnerable among us.”

“Yes. I just hope there will be enough time to put a plan together. They still need to have an ‘aha’ moment that will put this all together for them.”
